Cómo mejorar un sitio web

A la hora de mejorar un sitio web, se nos plantean diversas alternativas:
- testeo de usabilidad en un laboratorio
- investigación con usuarios mediante focus group, card sorting, …
- testeo multivariante
- análisis heurístico
- encuestas a usuarios
- filmación remota de usuarios
- etc.
¿Cuál es la técnica más adecuada? ¿Qué metodología debemos seguir? ¿De qué depende optar por una técnica u otra? ¿Podemos hacerlo nosotros, o necesitamos la ayuda de expertos?
Para responder a estas y otras preguntas, contaremos con profesionales de la usabilidad, la investigación y la analítica web.
Contaremos con un plantel de lujo:

- Francesco Grisanti - el italiano que siempre la lía desde el público, por fin en la mesa de debate aportando la visión “real” de un sitio web, partiendo de su experiencia en Anuntis y Cofidis
- Pere Rovira - un servidor, ejerciendo de moderador
Montaremos una mesa redonda para hablar del tema, y demostraremos con algunos casos prácticos la utilidad de las diferentes técnicas para la mejora de sitios web.
